No. It emails you a draft for each supplier. You decide what to send.

How does it get my sales and stock?

WooCommerce stores connect with a read-only API key, and we read the last 56 days of orders and your stock levels every day. Shopify stores upload two admin exports (inventory and orders) before each weekly run, which takes about two minutes.
